Day 1 - Houston to Amarillo

Getting ready
Well, we roll out 2 weeks from tomorrow. Hopefully, the rain will subside by then because the only thing worse than a 630 mile ride to Amarillo is a 630 mile ride in the rain. The trailer's been thoroughly checked out and I have my packing list almost finalized. Come on July 17th!
